Helpful staff at reception and breakfast team. All staff was quiet supportive and response time was fast ,usually at most of hotels it is very late specially when occupancy is high. Nicely maintained swimming pool and greenery around is nice.

I booked a 4 day stay for my mom and dad on the occasion of their 29th anniversary. They absolutely loved the property and had an amazing experience. The found the cottage to be super spacious, the property well maintained and they loved the buffet breakfast and dinner as well. Special thanks to Mr Vijay for being in touch with me continously to elevate my parent's experience and also a special mention of a guy named kishan and also bhupinder. My parents mentioned these names for their quality service. Also a special arrangement for anniversary, candle light romantic dinner at a small fee made their trip really memorable. All in all, it was an amazing experience.

Beautiful and peaceful place. The hospitality is great. Special mention to Pradeep ji for ensuring that we have a lovely time here. The pool in indoor and well maintained. I would recommend to stay here whenever you are in Bhimtal, especially if you are visiting with family

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.
